Refund Policy

Due to our policy of purchasing credits as payments come in we typically do not issue refunds that are requested more than 72 hours after a membership is renewed for the coming month.

We understand that life happens and you may have to take a break from offsetting your carbon footprint. You are free to cancel your membership at anytime through signing in, but if you ever need further assistance please feel free to contact us at admin@carbonoffsetsnow.net.
